In accordance with Plan No. 689-KH/DU-BXMT dated October 18, 2024, issued by the Company's Party Committee regarding the preparation and organization of the Branch Party Congress for the 2025–2027 term, and with the approval of the Company’s Party Committee, from January 23, 2025, to February 20, 2025, the Party branches of the Administrative Organization Department, Technology and Quality Management Department, Service Business Department, Transportation Coordination Department, Financial Accounting Department, and Security Department successfully held their Party Member Congress (2025–2027 term). The congress aimed to evaluate the performance of the Party branches during the 2023–2025 term, outline the direction and tasks for the 2025–2027 term, and elect competent and morally upright Secretaries to lead the branches in effectively fulfilling their assigned responsibilities.

The congress approved the evaluation of the Party branch's performance during the past term, outlined directions and tasks for the new term, elected key leadership positions to ensure effective leadership, and engaged in discussions and contributions on issues related to the development of the Party, as well as the Party branch and the organization.
The congress was also honored to receive directives from representatives of the Company's Party Committee.

The Branch Party Congress is a significant event, not only in the political life of Party members but also as an essential part of Party-building efforts. Through the congress, Party branches can reassess themselves, identify the best solutions for development, and strive to fulfill their missions in the future. Therefore, each Party member should actively participate and contribute ideas to strengthen the Party branch, thereby contributing to the Party’s and the nation’s development.
