On November 18, 2025, with the approval of the Party Committee, the Company’s General Director, and the Standing Committee of the Trade Union of Saigon Transportation Mechanical Corporation, the grassroots Trade Union of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held the 7th Congress of Delegates for the 2025–2030 term. The Congress aimed to summarize and evaluate the movements and activities of the Trade Union during the past term, set out orientations, tasks, and solutions for the upcoming period, and promote democratic spirit to elect a new Executive Committee with sufficient competence and integrity.

On November 13, 2025, the Party Committee of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held a ceremony to admit a new Party member, Mr. Thuong Thanh Dat – an outstanding candidate from the Transportation Coordination Department Party Cell – after a period of training, striving, and being trusted and recommended by the collective.

On October 24, 2025, at the Company’s hall, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company held the Periodic Dialogue Conference 2025 in accordance with regulations. Attending the conference were General Director Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Deputy General Director – Chairman of the Trade Union Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien, and representatives of the Company’s department leaders.

On September 29, 2025, the Party Committee of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing the Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW, review 4 years of implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, and commend collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality, and style. The event was attended by Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, General Director of the Company, together with Party Committee members and Executive Committee members of affiliated branches.

On the afternoon of September 29, 2025, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held a Ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work, with the participation of the Company’s key officers, team leaders, and deputy team leaders of all departments.

In order to enhance management, operations, and workflow efficiency in the context of rapid technological development, the Company organized a training course on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in work, with the participation of the Board of Directors, department heads and deputy heads, as well as operational staff from various departments.

Pursuant to the plan for issuing shares to increase charter capital from owners’ equity, as approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders at the annual meeting on June 30, 2025, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company will proceed with the payment for odd lots of shares arising after rounding to shareholders.

Accordingly, West Coach Station accepted 21 students from the Transport Management and Business program of the 2022 and 2023 cohorts for internships from July 2025 to October 2025.

Pursuant to Resolution No. 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 dated April 15, 2025, of the National Assembly Standing Committee on the reorganization of commune-level administrative units in Ho Chi Minh City;
