In order to improve the efficiency of business premises utilization and facilitate cooperation with organizations and enterprises wishing to conduct business at West Coach Station, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company hereby invites eligible entities to register for the auction of service operation rights at the available locations, as follows:
1. List of Locations
The detailed list of locations currently available for lease of service operation rights at West Coach Station is attached to this Notice.
2. Auction Method
- Auction method: Sealed indirect bidding, using the ascending-price method. Entities wishing to participate in the auction must complete the Registration Form for the Auction of Service Operation Rights in accordance with the attached template.
- Minimum bidding increment: VND 10,000.
- Participants must submit bids equal to or higher than the starting price specified for each location.
3. Eligibility for Registration to Participate in the Auction
Organizations holding valid business licenses covering business activities relevant to the intended service operations are eligible to register for the auction.
4. Application Submission Period and Location
- Application submission and site inspection period: During office hours, from 7:30 a.m. on September 28, 2026, to 5:00 p.m. on October 16, 2026, at 395 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Opening of applications and announcement of bids: At 9:00 a.m. on October 21, 2026, at 395 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Application submission method: Applications may be submitted in person or by post.
