To enhance the efficiency of commercial space utilization and create opportunities for organizations and enterprises interested in conducting business at West Coach Station, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company hereby invites eligible entities to register for the lease of service operating rights at the following locations:
1. Location, Area, Purpose of Operation, and Starting Rental Price:
1.1 Terminal Area – Location No. 1
- Operating Area: 5 m × 3.9 m = 19.5 m²
- Purpose of Operation: Lease of operating rights for a passenger waiting lounge.
- Starting Rental Price: VND 15,000,000 per month (In words: Fifteen million Vietnamese dong only), inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). The rental price excludes electricity, water, and other applicable charges in accordance with the Company's regulations.
1.2 Terminal Area – Location No. 2
- Operating Area: 6.9 m × 4.8 m = 33.12 m²
- Purpose of Operation: Lease of operating rights for a passenger waiting lounge.
- Starting Rental Price: VND 30,000,000 per month (In words: Thirty million Vietnamese dong only), inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). The rental price excludes electricity, water, and other applicable charges in accordance with the Company's regulations.
1.3 Self-Operated Ticket Selling Area for Transport Operators – Ticket Office No. 14, Booths No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6
- Operating Area: 1.3 m × 0.58 m = 0.75 m² per booth
- Purpose of Operation: Lease of operating rights for fixed-route passenger transport ticket booths.
- Starting Rental Price: VND 11,000,000 per booth per month (In words: Eleven million Vietnamese dong only), inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). The rental price excludes electricity, water, and other applicable charges in accordance with the Company's regulations.
1.4 Self-Operated Ticket Selling Area for Transport Operators – Ticket Office No. 28, Booths No. 3, 4, and 6
- Operating Area: 3 m × 0.66 m = 1.98 m² per booth
- Purpose of Operation: Lease of operating rights for fixed-route passenger transport ticket booths.
- Starting Rental Price: VND 11,000,000 per booth per month (In words: Eleven million Vietnamese dong only), inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). The rental price excludes electricity, water, and other applicable charges in accordance with the Company's regulations.
2. Eligible Applicants: Organizations holding valid business licenses for activities compatible with the intended use of the leased premises are eligible to register.
3. Application Submission Schedule and Venue:
- Application Acceptance and Site Inspection Period: During office hours, from 7:30 a.m. on June 10, 2026 to 5:00 p.m. on June 23, 2026, at 395 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
- Application Opening Time: 9:00 a.m. on June 24, 2026.
- Submission Method: Applications may be submitted in person or by post.
