On March 28, 2025, the West Coach Station Joint Stock Company held the 2025 Workers’ Delegates Conference with the participation of the Company’s Board of Directors, the Company’s Executive Committee of the Trade Union, and delegates representing workers from various departments within the Company. Additionally, the conference was attended by Ms. Le Thi My Hanh – Permanent Deputy Secretary of the SAMCO Corporation Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, Ms. Tang Thi Thu Ly – Deputy General Director of SAMCO Corporation, and Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh – Chairman of the SAMCO Corporation Trade Union.

Simultaneously, the conference discussed and approved key drafts related to the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of workers, including: the Draft Labor Regulations; the Draft Amendment and Supplement to the 2024-2027 Collective Labor Agreement (1st revision); the Draft Regulations on Salary and Bonus Payments for Workers; and the Draft Regulations on Evaluating Work Performance Levels.
