At 6:00 PM on December 13, 2024, at Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort, the West Coach Station Joint Stock Company organized a dialogue conference between the Party Committee, the Trade Union, and the Youth Union.
In the solemn and warm atmosphere of the dialogue, representatives of the Party Committee, the Trade Union, and the Youth Union gathered to exchange experiences and discuss essential issues. This event created an opportunity to strengthen bonds and build lasting relationships among the organization's unions and bodies.
The scence of the conference
The dialogue aimed to enhance mutual understanding between mass organizations while providing a platform for union members, trade unionists, and Party members to connect and learn from each other. It contributed to fostering a united and developing work environment.
The Party Committee shared important leadership strategies and overall development directions for the organization, particularly focusing on implementing programs and plans to improve the capacity and work quality of Party members. Party members also raised difficulties and challenges encountered during task execution and discussed potential solutions.
The Trade Union addressed issues related to the material and spiritual well-being of employees, proposing improvements to working conditions and increasing care for employees’ rights. As a vital bridge, the Trade Union enables workers to express their opinions and aspirations, fostering creative labor movements and improving work efficiency.
The Youth Union shared updates on organizing youth activities and movements, particularly in volunteer projects and community support programs, which help develop skills and a sense of responsibility among youth members. They also discussed plans to further promote the pioneering role of youth in socio-economic development activities.
The dialogue concluded in a warm and intimate atmosphere filled with understanding and solidarity. This event allowed each organization to better understand its role and responsibilities while demonstrating determination to fulfill common tasks, contributing to the company’s development and enhancing passenger service quality towards the goal of a safe, civilized and modern bus station.

At 7:00 PM, also at Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort, the Party Committee of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company held an admission ceremony for Ms. Le Thi Mai Han from the Financial Accounting Department Branch.
The admission ceremony was conducted in accordance with Party regulations, under the leadership of Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh, Secretary of the Financial Accounting Department Branch, and attended by other branch secretaries and Party members.

In the solemn atmosphere, under the national flag, the Party flag, and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, and in the presence of delegates and the branch members, Comrade Le Thi Mai Han took the oath of a Party member of the Communist Party of Vietnam. She pledged to continue striving to be a role model and contribute to successfully achieving the branch’s political tasks and strengthening the branch’s development.
