On the afternoon of October 29, 2024, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Team - Binh Tan District Police, organized the 2024 Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Drill. The exercise included the participation of officers from the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Team - Binh Tan District Police and members of the company's Fire Prevention, Firefighting team.
The simulated scenario involved a fire caused by an electrical short circuit occurring in the passenger waiting room. The fire spread, generating intense heat and toxic smoke, causing two individuals to lose consciousness due to smoke inhalation. The on-site rescue team quickly responded, evacuating the victims to a safe area. Upon noticing the fire, security staff immediately sounded the alarm and reported the incident. The company's on-site firefighting team coordinated with the Fire Prevention, Fighting, and Rescue Police Team - Binh Tan District Police to fully extinguish the fire.
Conducting fire prevention, firefighting and rescue drills not only enhances the awareness and skills of employees but also ensures safety for everyone in the workplace.
