On the morning of March 30, 2026, at the hall of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, the 2026 Employees’ Representative Conference was solemnly held with the attendance of Mr. Dang Nguyen Nguyen Huan – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Director of SAMCO, the Company’s Board of Directors, heads and deputy heads of departments, along with representatives of the employees.
Conference overview
The conference is a meaningful activity aimed at continuing to promote employees’ rights to participation and ownership within the enterprise. It provides employees with opportunities to receive information, contribute opinions, discuss, and supervise matters directly related to their legitimate rights and interests. At the same time, it strengthens coordination and consensus between the employer and the collective workforce in the process of building and developing the company.
At the conference, delegates listened to reports on the 2025 business performance results and the tasks and directions for 2026; the report on the organization of departmental-level employee conferences and the compilation of opinions and recommendations from staff and employees; the report on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement; the report on the revenue and expenditure of the reward and welfare fund in 2025 and the plan for 2026; the report on the revenue and expenditure of the “West Coach Station Compassion Program” in 2025 and the plan for 2026; the report on the activities of the People’s Inspection Board for the 2024–2026 term and the direction for the 2026–2028 term; and the draft amendments and supplements to the regulations on salary and bonus policies for employees.
The conference also conducted the election of the People’s Inspection Board for the 2026–2028 term and elected representatives of the workforce to participate in the periodic dialogue in 2026, in accordance with regulations, ensuring democracy, transparency, and proper procedures.

Within the program framework, the Company’s Trade Union also launched the 2026 emulation movement, calling on all employees to continue promoting solidarity, responsibility, dynamism, and creativity, striving to successfully fulfill assigned tasks and contribute to the achievement of the company’s production and business objectives in 2026.
With a serious, responsible, democratic, and united working spirit, the 2026 Employees’ Representative Conference of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company adopted the Conference Resolution with a high level of consensus. The success of the conference once again affirms the company’s commitment to its employees and creates strong motivation for all staff members to work together in building a company that continues to develop in a stable and sustainable manner.
