On the afternoon of January 28, 2026, at the Conference Hall, the Party Committee of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company held a conference to review Party-building activities and business performance in 2025, and to outline directions and tasks for 2026.
Attending the conference were Comrade Le Thi My Hanh – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Director of SAMCO Corporation, Chairwoman of the Company’s Board of Directors; Comrade Dang Nguyen Nguyen Huan – Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Director of SAMCO Corporation, Secretary of the Company’s Party Committee; Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh – Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Director of the Company; along with members of the Company’s Party Executive Committee, branch-level Party committees, individuals who excellently fulfilled their duties in 2025, leaders of mass organizations, and all Party members of the Company.
Conference overview
Through a video presentation reporting on the results of Party-building leadership and business operations in 2025, as well as directions and tasks for 2026, the Party Committee conducted an objective assessment of achievements in Party work, leadership and management, and the implementation of business objectives. Based on these outcomes, the Conference set forth key orientations, tasks, and solutions aimed at further strengthening the leadership capacity and combat strength of the Party organization, and resolutely leading the Company to successfully fulfill its political missions and business plan for 2026.
Speaking at the Conference, Comrade Le Thi My Hanh, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Corporation’s Party Committee, congratulated West Coach Station on its very positive business results, with most 2025 targets exceeding the plan by over 10%. She emphasized that these achievements were the result of the close leadership of Party committees and the strong spirit of unity and responsibility among the Company’s leadership, Party members, and employees. She also highlighted the need for innovative thinking, flexibility, and timely adaptation in the context of rapid changes. The year 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of West Coach Station’s transformation into a joint stock company. The accomplishments over the past two decades are a shared pride, reflecting the contributions of successive generations of leaders in building solid foundations and core values, helping the Company grow steadily, become a leading unit within the Corporation, and maintain its status as a Party organization that has consistently excelled in fulfilling its tasks. Comrade Le Thi My Hanh acknowledged the Company’s proactive leadership in developing new solutions and directions, leveraging scientific and technological advances, and expanding and diversifying business activities to increase value and improve customer service quality. She also called on Party committees to continue effectively implementing programs and plans to successfully carry out the Resolution of the Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term. On the occasion of the New Year, she extended her best wishes for health and success to all Party members and employees of the Company.

Also within the framework of the Conference, the Party Committee announced commendation decisions for collectives and Party members who excellently fulfilled their duties, as well as awards for collectives and individuals recognized as Outstanding Employees and Grassroots Emulation Fighters. These timely recognitions honored the efforts and positive contributions of teams and individuals, thereby motivating emulation movements and contributing to the successful fulfillment of the Company’s political tasks and development goals in the coming period.
