OPENING CEREMONY OF THE TRAINING COURSE FOR ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE OF SUPPORT TOOL USAGE

Pursuant to the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Supporting Tools and its guiding documents; Decree No. 149/2024/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2024 of the Government detailing and providing measures for the implementation of the Law on Management and Use of Weapons, Explosives, and Supporting Tools;

On August 25, 2025, at the Company’s Hall, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, in coordination with the Administrative Management Police Division for Social Order – Ho Chi Minh City Police, organized the opening ceremony of the training course for issuance of the Certificate of Supporting Tool Usage for 114 trainees from West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, Ho Chi Minh City Branch of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies, Sen Vang Vietnam One Member Limited Liability Company, and Viet Thanh Plastic Production and Trading Joint Stock Company.

Overview of the ceremony

The opening ceremony had the honor to welcome Lieutenant Colonel Bui Quang Tai – Deputy Head of the Administrative Management Police Division for Social Order – Ho Chi Minh City Police; commanders and officers of Team 3 – Administrative Management Police Division for Social Order – Ho Chi Minh City Police; along with 114 trainees participating in the training course.

The training course aims to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of state management on weapons, explosives, and supporting tools; foster and improve legal knowledge on management and usage of weapons, explosives, and supporting tools; as well as provide trainees entrusted with managing and using supporting tools the skills to master their features, functions, and proper application in accordance with regulations.

During the training, trainees were also informed about methods and tricks used by individuals illegally trading weapons and supporting tools, thereby enabling them to actively participate in communication and mobilization campaigns to encourage the public to detect, surrender, and report cases of illegal possession, trading, or use of weapons, explosives, and supporting tools.
