CEREMONY TO ANNOUNCE DECISIONS ON PERSONNEL WORK

On the afternoon of September 29, 2025, West Coach Station Joint Stock Company solemnly held a Ceremony to announce decisions on personnel work, with the participation of the Company’s key officers, team leaders, and deputy team leaders of all departments.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – General Director, and Mr. Nguyen Minh Tien – Deputy General Director of the Company, handed over the personnel decisions effective from October 1, 2025, including:

In his speech assigning tasks, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh – General Director of the Company, emphasized that strengthening and arranging the management team is an opportunity for each officer to maximize their strengths and capabilities, and to affirm themselves in their new positions. He expressed trust and high expectations that the assigned and appointed officers will continue to uphold a strong sense of responsibility, promote collective wisdom, maintain solidarity and cohesion, thereby making positive contributions to the sustainable development of the Company. This also represents the trust and expectations of the Company’s Board of Management in its officer team during this new phase.
