West Coach Station Joint Stock Company hereby announces and invites interested organizations to participate in the auction for leasing the operation rights of transport support services at the passenger drop-off area, with details as follows:
1. Location: Passenger drop-off area
- Area: 29 m² » (5m x 5,8m)
2. Starting Price: VND 19,500,000 per month (Nineteen million five hundred thousand Vietnamese dong) (Inclusive of VAT)
- The starting price does not include the following fees: electricity, water, and other related charges.
- Bid increment: Each bid must be at least VND 500,000 (Five hundred thousand Vietnamese dong) higher than the previous bid.
- Bidders must offer at least the starting price where the starting price is publicly announced. Each subsequent bidder must place a higher bid than the immediately preceding bid.
3. Eligible Participants: Organizations legally licensed to operate in business lines suitable for the service exploitation.
4. Purpose of Use: Lease of operation rights for transport support services at the passenger drop-off area.
5. Auction Schedule:
- Application submission period: From January 1, 2026 to 3:00 PM on January 9, 2026 (Application form attached)
