Mrs. Le Ngoc Doan, born in 1988, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Political Science Intermediate Certificate. She was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Financial Accounting Department by the Company’s General Director on November 1, 2019.
