On October 2, 2024, the Western Bus Station Joint Stock Company held its periodic dialogue conference for 2024 as scheduled. Attending the conference were General Director Dang Nguyen Nguyen Huan; Deputy General Director and Secretary of the Party Committee Tran Van Phuong, along with representatives from the Company’s leadership and departments. The employee representatives included members of the Company’s Trade Union Executive Committee and delegates elected from the Company’s employee conference.

During the conference, General Director Dang Nguyen Nguyen Huan assessed the business operations for the first nine months of the year and outlined the directions and solutions for the last three months of 2024. He commended the employees’ sense of responsibility, work attitude, and customer service quality, as well as the significant changes in the application of information technology and the implementation of electronic office systems. He acknowledged employees’ contributions and assigned relevant departments to propose solutions.

Mr. Diep Minh Sang, Deputy Chairman of the Company’s Trade Union and employee representative, expressed gratitude for the management’s concern for the workforce and pledged to work closely with the leadership to successfully achieve the targets and tasks set for 2024.
