On December 6, 2024, at Dong Ho Restaurant, the West Coach Station Joint Stock Company successfully hosted the 2024 Customer Conference. This significant event aimed to strengthen the cooperative relationship between the West Coach Station, transportation companies, bus stations nationwide, and other partners. The conference was honored by the presence of leaders from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Transport, representatives from provincial transport departments, transportation businesses, bus and taxi operators, individual entrepreneurs operating at the West Coach Station, and representatives of bus stations from the Eastern and Western regions.
