West Coach Station Joint Stock Company hereby invites organizations interested in leasing the right to operate a ticket counter to participate in the auction with the following details:
1. Location: At the area for transport enterprises selling tickets directly, Zone B – Ticket Counter No. 22, Stall No. 5–6
- Area: 4.02 m² » (length 3 m × width 1.34 m)
2. Starting price: VND 21,000,000/month (Twenty-one million Vietnamese dong), including VAT.
- The starting price does not include the following fees: electricity, water, and other applicable charges.
- Bid increment: The minimum increment for each bid must be VND 500,000 (Five hundred thousand Vietnamese dong) higher than the previous bid.
- Auction participants must place bids at least equal to the starting price when the starting price is publicly announced. Each subsequent bid must be higher than the immediately preceding bid.
3. Eligible participants: Organizations that are licensed to operate businesses consistent with the intended operating sector.
4. Purpose of use: Leasing the right to operate a fixed-route passenger bus ticket counter.
5. Auction schedule:
- Application submission period: From March 6, 2026 to 3:00 PM on March 14, 2026 (application form attached).
- Auction time and venue: 9:00 AM on March 16, 2026, at West Coach Station Joint Stock Company – 395 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, An Lac Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
6. Deposit payment:
- Organizations participating in the auction must submit a deposit of VND 1,050,000 (One million fifty thousand Vietnamese dong) to the Service Business Department of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, from March 6, 2026 to March 14, 2026.
